Flouridation is a form of illegal mass medication and contravenes the Human Rights Act. Those who want an increased fluoride intake should use fluoride toothpaste. The problem of poor oral health in Southampton needs to be solved through education and increased awareness, not by pumping harmful chemicals into public water supplies. SO18 1NF M O'Brien
