There are enough chemicals in our water just to make it pure enough to drink. The one or two horror photos of children's decaying teeth are not representative. If children do not have parents who teach them about dental hygiene and who allow their offspring to drink sugary cola-type drinks, then those children will not have good dental health. I have to have certain medication, as does my husband, to keep well and adding fluoride to the mix is not helpful. I am against mass medication. Fluoride is a deadly poison and has been scientifically linked with many adverse physical conditions. What is the point in my living a healthy lifestyle and eating healthily if the NHS is deliberately poisoning the water I drink? WN8 6UH Leigh Boyton
